Shoishob – A Foundation for Children was established on 11th August 2021 with one simple belief: We can’t help everyone, but everyone can help someone.
As a trusted NGO in Kolkata and a committed child welfare organisation in Kolkata, we stand beside more than 400 children, nurturing their growth through quality education, nutritious meals, healthcare, cultural activities, computer literacy, and skill development.
Our mission reaches beyond childhood. As a child and women empowerment organisation, we help women build stronger, more independent futures through tailoring classes, financial empowerment initiatives, and hygiene programmes that uplift entire families and communities.
Our journey may still be unfolding, but with every child we support and every woman we empower, we move closer to a future shaped by hope, dignity, and opportunity.
